Notice is hereby given that George County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids in the Board Room, George County Administrative Building, until 9 a.m. on Thursday, the 19th day of November, 2020, for the following:
George County Industrial Park/Enviva Site – Road & Wastewater Improvements
A PRE-BID MEETING will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 6th, 2020 in the Board Room, George County Administrative Building. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend. It is also suggested that all potential subcontractors and interested parties attend.
Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are on file at the George County Administrative Office at 329 Ratliff Street, Lucedale, MS 39452, (601) 947-7506 during regular business hours. Official bid documents can also be downloaded from Central Bidding. Electronic bids can be submitted at Central Bidding. For any questions relating to the electronic Central Bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Bid Documents can also be viewed at the office of Pickering Firm, Inc. Biloxi office, 126 Rue Magnolia, Biloxi, MS 39530, (228) 432-5925 and can be downloaded from, or hard copies ordered through Pickering Firm Plan Room. Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to
downloading electronic files, ordering hard copies, or costs otherwise related to obtaining documents and / or submitting bids.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
