Sealed bids will be received electronically via MAGIC or physically delivered to the office of the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management, 501 North West Street, Suite 1401 B, Jackson, Mississippi, 39201, until 2:00:00 p.m. (14:00:00 Military Time) on Thursday, 05/09/2024

A deposit of $250.00 is required. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 24 April 2024 at 1:00pm at the B56-Conference Room, Mississippi State Hospital (Whitfield Campus), Whitfield, MS. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
Question Cut-off: Submit all project related questions IN WRITING to the Engineer by 5:00pm Friday, 6 May 2024.
