Bid Information:

Sealed bids will be received electronically via MAGIC OR physically delivered to the office of the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management, 501 North West Street, Suite 1401B [Woolfolk Building], Jackson, Mississippi, 39201, until 2:00:00 p. m. on Thursday, July 27, 2023.

A deposit of $100.00 is required. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday, 14 July 2023 at 10:00am at the Administration Building, Mississippi State Penitentiary, Parchman, MS. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

Access to the facility is controlled. All persons planning to attend the meeting MUST RSVP to Pickering Firm, Inc. via Charles Capdepon at ccapdepon@pickeringfirm.com by close of business Wednesday, July 12th. All attendees will meet in the gravel lot across the road from the entrance to be escorted onto the facility as a group.

Submit all project related questions IN WRITING to the Engineer by 5:00pm Wednesday, 19 July 2023.
