Bid Information:

The City of Long Beach, Mississippi, will receive bids for:

MT BASS DRAINAGE

HMGP NO. 4429-0009

PICKERING FIRM, INC. PROJECT NO. 26103.00

at the Office of City Clerk located at City Hall, 201 Jeff Davis Avenue, (P.O. Box 929) Long Beach, Mississippi, 39560, during normal office hours at any time prior to the designated date for the bid opening. Bids will then be publicly opened at any time prior to the designated date for the bid opening. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday January 25, 2023.

Bids are invited for all materials, labor, tolls, and services necessary to install and perform:

•             13 12 LF of Drainage Pipe

•             29 Concrete Drainage Structures

In order to ensure consideration, the Bid Proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope (hard copy submission) OR if submitted electronically (the same information as noted in the Invitation for Bids) plainly identified by the name of the Project, addressed to the Owner as prescribed in the Invitation for Bids and contain all required documents.

The City of Long Beach, Mississippi, reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any informalities in the bidding.
